Pingshi which is near Kee Long is located at the mountain area in Taipei county. Within the boundaries the terrain is cut by fault so that it formed various types of mountainous scenery, such as Wu Fen Mountains , Xiao Zi Mountain, Tsz Mu Peak, Stalagmite Points. Various massifs are either steep or slow and are also suitable for hiking. Because Kee Long River pass through the village, there are many kinds of river terrain on the headwater , like Da Hua Kettle Hole. The middl-section forms the multitudinous waterfalls under fault cutting, like Shi Fen waterfall , the Eyeglasses Hole Waterfall , and Ling Jia Waterfall , those are well-known spots. After the Pingshi line railroad came into service, the tourists increased greatly. Jing Tong old street , Pingshi , Dan De old street , and Shi Fen old street are full of tourists, which brings much vitality. Everyone who comes here won't forget to light the Tian Deng to pray for themselves and their family. Tian Deng is a tool that the workers used early days to communicate with other people in order to prevent from the bandits. Today , tourists don't have to worry the bandits. There is one thing unchange is that their wishes are all on the light-spots which are receding.
