Wu Lai is the name that comes from“Urailkirofu”,which is from Atayal tribe. That means the steaming hot-springs, and "Urail" just means hot-springs. Visitng these spectacular places were the privilege for the nobles while Japanese took over Taiwan. Today, it becomes people's luxurious paradise. After the first sightseeing cable car finished, people can easily get in touch with Wu Lai. No matter taking the trolley to climb mountains and view waterfall , following the trail to do birdwatching , you can also visit Nei Dong Forest Recreation Area to see the fireflies, or enjoy beautful cherry blossoms.The most important thing is do not forget our common inheritance, the beauty of Atayal culture.
